The important details
By booking a party with Pamper Party Pit Stop, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.
A £75 deposit is required to secure your chosen party date. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the party date. Failure to make payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, with the deposit remaining non-refundable and non-transferable.
A completed consent form must be provided by a parent or legal guardian for every child attending the party.
No child will be permitted to participate in any treatments or activities without a completed and signed consent form.
Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or additional needs on the consent form prior to the party.
If there are any changes to a child’s health, allergies, medication, or circumstances after the consent form has been submitted, it is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to inform Pamper Party Pit Stop before the party begins.
We use child-friendly, age-appropriate products and take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests. However, Pamper Party Pit Stop cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from information that has not been disclosed to us in advance.
In the event of a medical emergency, the parent or guardian authorises Pamper Party Pit Stop to seek appropriate medical assistance where reasonably necessary.
A responsible adult, such as a parent or guardian, must remain at the party address at all times throughout the party.
Due to the limited space inside the Pamper Bus, adult access may be restricted during treatments and activities. Parents and guardians are welcome to access the bus at appropriate times, where space and activities allow.
We aim to provide a fun, safe and respectful environment for every guest.
If a child’s behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or likely to cause harm or distress to themselves or others, a parent or guardian may be asked to intervene.
In exceptional circumstances, a child may be asked to leave the bus temporarily, or for the remainder of the party, where this is necessary to maintain the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, all children must remove their shoes before entering the Pamper Bus.
For comfort, we recommend that guests wear socks or bring slippers.
Only food and drinks provided by Pamper Party Pit Stop are permitted onboard the Pamper Bus.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. This policy helps us maintain hygiene standards, protect the bus and equipment, and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
Pamper Party Pit Stop is happy to travel from our base in Staffordshire.
Depending on the location of your party, an additional travel fee may apply. Any applicable travel charges will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled party date, any additional payments made towards the booking will be refunded, excluding the original deposit.
For cancellations made within 7 days of the party date, the full outstanding balance remains payable.
However, we understand that circumstances can change. Where possible, we are happy to offer the opportunity to reschedule your celebration to an alternative date, subject to availability.
We will always do our best to accommodate your requirements and help ensure that your little VIPs can still enjoy their special celebration.
A safe, flat and suitable parking space must be available at the party address, ideally directly outside or within close proximity to the venue.
For safety reasons, we are unable to park the Pamper Bus on steep, inclined or sloped driveways.
Any parking restrictions, narrow roads, low bridges, height restrictions, restricted access or other potential access issues must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Our Pamper Bus is 8.2 metres long, 2.8 metres wide (including mirrors) and 2.9 metres high, so sufficient space must be available for safe access and parking.
If suitable and safe parking or access is not available upon arrival, we reserve the right to refuse to proceed with the party. In these circumstances, no refund will be issued.
We take every reasonable precaution to provide a safe, enjoyable and professional experience for all guests. However, participation in activities and treatments is undertaken at the parent or guardian’s responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pamper Party Pit Stop, its owners and team members will not be liable for any accidental injury, loss or damage arising during the party, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded, including where caused by proven negligence.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the booking, payment, cancellation, consent, health, supervision, parking and safety requirements outlined above. Pamper Party Pit Stop reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The terms applicable to your booking are those in effect when your booking is confirmed.
