A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure your party booking. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation that you would like the booking to go ahead.

Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your party date

By booking a party with Pamper Party Pit Stop, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

We primarily cover Staffordshire and Cheshire. However, if you’re located just outside of these areas and would like us to bring the Pamper Party Pit stop experience to your event, Simply provide us with your postcode and preferred event date and we will provide you with bespoke pricing based on your location.

Aged 4 and upwards.

12 is the maximum amount of children allowed on our Pamper bus.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you need to cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to your scheduled event date, any additional payments made towards your booking will be refunded, excluding the original deposit.

For cancellations made within 7 days of your event, the full outstanding balance remains payable. However, we understand that circumstances can change, so we will be happy to offer the opportunity to reschedule your celebration to an alternative date, subject to availability.

We will always do our best to accommodate your requirements and ensure your little VIPs can enjoy their special celebration.

Our Pamper Bus is 8.2 metres long, 2.8 metres wide (including mirrors), and 2.9 metres high. We require a suitable, flat, safe and legal place to park, with approximately three car lengths of space available directly outside your home or chosen venue.

Please let us know in advance if there are any potential access issues, such as narrow roads, restricted access, low bridges or height restrictions. We are always happy to discuss any concerns with you beforehand and, where possible, work together to find a suitable solution.

Our Pamper Bus has its own onboard power supply, including heating, so there is no need for access to an external power source.

Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that only the children and our team remain on the bus during treatments. However, a responsible adult must remain on site at all times for the duration of the party.

Parents are, of course, welcome to step on board at appropriate moments to take photos and capture those special memories, while ensuring the treatments can continue safely and without disruption.

We will always do our best to accommodate late guests and, where possible, delay the start of the party to allow everyone to arrive. However, due to our schedule and other parties booked on the day, this may not always be possible. In such circumstances, the party will begin as scheduled, and any late guests are welcome to join as soon as they arrive.
