How information supplied through our booking and consent forms is handled.
What the forms collect
Booking enquiries collect your contact details and party preferences. Consent forms also collect your child’s name and age, relevant health and allergy information, your relationship to the child, consent choices and your typed electronic signature.
Why we ask
Pamper Party Pit Stop uses enquiries to discuss and arrange celebrations. Consent and health information help the team plan suitable activities and care for attending children. The signed declaration records the permission given by a parent or legal guardian.
Where information goes
Submissions are saved in the website’s database. They are not public pages and are accessible through the admin area only to authorised administrators. Signed waiver submissions are also emailed to info@pamperpartypitstop.co.uk. These emails include the submitted party, parent, child, allergy, photography consent and signature details. Authorised staff use this information to prepare for the party and retain the consent record. Booking enquiry notifications contain a link to the private website record.
How long records are kept
Records are moved to a restricted deleted-records area 90 days after the party date, or 90 days after submission where there is no party date. Permanent deletion then follows the website's deletion settings. Backups, if kept by the hosting provider, follow the website owner’s backup policy.
